Nonprofit Salesforce Implementation Consultant (Villanova, PA / New York, NY)

What You’ll Do:

As a Nonprofit Salesforce Implementation Consultant you will be have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personally owning relationships with key customers and key C-Level customer stakeholders
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with clients and formulate user stories per the Agile methodology
  • Work closely with clients to define, develop and implement business processes and rules
  • Recommend best practices around the use of NGO Connect and Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Develop and own the project schedule for completion that effectively allocates resources to project activities
  • Review project schedule and revise the schedule as required
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  • Deliver product training and education
  • Deliver product demos for implementation and team and potentially sales efforts
  • Manage the resources (time, money, staffing.) required to complete the project
  • Manage project staff according to established policies and practices of the organization
  • Maintain detailed project status reports on a weekly basis
  • Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a weekly basis to ensure it meets project standards
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Collaborate with the services development team (offshore) to ensure requirements are clear, timelines are met, and completed work meets desired requirements
  • Collaborate with the product development team to track bugs and product enhancements through resolution
  • Become knowledge expert in the NGO Connect and Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack products

What You’ll Need:

An ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experience and characteristics:

  • Experience with consulting in large enterprise CRM environments preferred
  • Advanced administrator or Consultant experience in Salesforce environment preferred
  • Experience with implementation of Salesforce AppExchange solutions
  • Experience with roundCorner’s NGOC solution and/or Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and complex client environment
  • Good customer relationship skills built on heavy customer-facing roles
  • Excellent implementation, management, and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills
  • Experience in or passion for the non-profit market
  • Professional, team oriented with confident personality and a can-do attitude
  • Strong focus on customer success
  • Excellent listening and consultative skills and that enable translation of customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that last
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on roundCorner product functionality, based on a track record of rapidly learning new systems and applications

Campaign Consultant, Managed Services (Villanova, PA / Boston, MA / Remote)

What You’ll Do:

As a Campaign Consultant you will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Work closely with high profile clients and agencies to execute campaign strategy for MS Clients with the assistance of account resources
  • Re-write and improve scripts that support ongoing business needs as clients migrate to a new CRM and new data structure
  • Perform campaign segmentation for accurate, on-time file delivery
  • Verify, troubleshoot and thoroughly QC results of all campaigns
  • Attend/organize regular internal and external client meetings to manage campaign schedule and status report
  • Provide support for segmentation and data analysis questions from clients
  • Create and update client-specific documentation
  • Participate in periodic client reviews
  • Recommend best practices to clients

 

What You’ll Need:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and characteristics:

  • 2+ years of campaign experience
  • Advanced knowledge of fundraising/direct mail and data analysis
  • Strong marketing knowledge in a NGO context
  • SQL and database experience required
  • Experience working with large data volumes preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and complex client environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills
  • Experience in or passion for the non-profit and/or higher education market
  • Professional, team oriented with confident personality and a can-do attitude
  • Strong focus on customer success
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent
