roundCorner wakes up every day for one reason. To change the way people change the world.

For too long, passionate individuals and organizations dedicated to causes that solve humanity’s most pressing challenges have been crippled by technology that lacks transparency, enforces inefficiency and erodes trust.

To solve this problem we spent the past five years partnering with some of the most forward-thinking nonprofits, especially the Salesforce Foundation, to imagine and deliver the next generation of constituent engagement and fundraising solutions on the world’s most innovative software platform – Salesforce.com. Today that vision became a reality with the Salesforce Foundation’s release of NGO Connect.

NGO Connect will change everything. Backed and delivered by the Salesforce Foundation, it will change the way nonprofits change our world by enabling them to connect to their constituents in a whole new way. It will erase the distance between givers and receivers of philanthropic capital. It will engender trust based on transparency and security. And NGO Connect will create connected constituents that can see and feel the impact of their support and collaboration in real-time from any device.

Today’s announcement marks a logical progression for roundCorner. Recently, we introduced three important themes that provide the context for why we are contributing to NGO Connect.

The Connected Constituent. Individuals and organizations expect the causes they care about to operate on their terms and in their networks – both traditional and social – at the same time and on any device. The nonprofits that get there first to inform and serve their supporters when and how they wish to be served will earn and retain the trust that delivers more impact and creates sustainable competitive advantage.

Building Apps on Salesforce. Our customers are changing the world – they can’t afford to wait for us. At roundCorner, we chose to be an Innovator on behalf of our customers on the Salesforce.com platform because it is the fastest, most effective, most secure, most scalable way to deliver applications.

From Philanthropy to Impact. Imagine a world where information and support flows seamlessly from grant makers to grantees to programs and services that drive outcomes. We believe interoperable technology is the key to unlocking this potential so earlier this year, we worked with NPower to bring foundationConnect, the industry leading cloud-based Grant Management Application into our product family.

With a healthy measure of humility and gratitude we thank the customers and partners that inspire us. Because your work of changing our world will never be done, we will remain relentless in the pursuit of changing the way you change the world. It is our privilege to take this journey with you.
