Marketing Manager (Villanova, PA)

What We Need:

roundCorner is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take on a wide variety of marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will be responsible for trade shows, social media, the website and blog, assets, and more.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage and execute all operations for ~10 annual trade shows. This includes securing exhibitor/sponsorship agreements, designing and ordering booths, marketing collateral, managing logistics, and more. You will act as the liaison between the conference team and our internal team and help ensure these conferences are a great success.
  • Using WordPress, manage and maintain the corporate website, including design, copy, and plug-in updates. You will work with an external agency on new website development if needed.
  • Publish weekly articles to our blog. To do so, you will write compelling articles yourself, as well as proactively work with team members to come up with articles they can write with your guidance and editing skills. You ensure that all articles are written with our customer and ecosystem in mind.
  • You will manage social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) by posting daily, monitoring, and sharing posts from customers and influencers.
  • You will write marketing collateral and design these assets in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop. This includes but is not limited to one pagers, customer success stories, and white papers. You will work with other departments to get input, and translate that input into compelling materials that speak to our customers.
  • You will create email campaigns in Pardot for our customers, prospects, and partners that generate optimal open and click rates.
  • You will perform analysis of your marketing efforts and provide reports to demonstrate success, including for social media, the website, and email marketing using a combination of tools, i.e. Google Analytics.
  • Arrange customer events, such as customer dinners, user group meetings, and product advisory group meetings. This includes finding appropriate locations, and working with location staff to secure menus, AV needs, and other props as needed.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or English preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing. We prefer candidates who have previous experience in a broad B2B (technology) marketing role.
  • Skilled in using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress. You have a good eye for design and know basic design principles. Bonus points for Salesforce and Pardot.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and are able to keep track of all of the moving parts in the right order and at the right time.
  • You have strong writing and communication skills, and you’re able to convey a clear message in content such as blog posts and white papers.
  • You are a consistent A-player with the stamina to continuously work on multiple projects while knowing how to prioritize and execute.
  • You are results-driven, reliable, and a creative problem-solver who can work independently, but you also have the great interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with other teams.

Product Solutions Engineer (New York, NY or Remote)

What We Need:

We are seeking a technical product solution engineer to lead support case resolution and align closely to our product, engineering, and customer success organizations to ensure that our 120+ NGO Connect and Advancement Connect customers receive timely, thorough, and valuable solutions to their Salesforce.com application challenges.  This role is at the crossroads of technology, communication, and customer success. Support at roundCorner is part of our R&D organization.

 

What You’ll Do:
The roundCorner support team is responsible for delivering valuable solutions to our customers when they need product assistance. The product support engineer will be responsible for solution orchestration and complex issue resolution in the roundCorner product and Salesforce technical space.

 
You will need to:

  • Lead the case problem-solving process by ensuring that the customer has been asked the right questions and that the appropriate internal resources are assigned to resolve the case.
  • Serve as the lead solutions engineer and subject matter expert to our Diagnostic Engineering team to help them quickly and efficiently analyze problems to be solved, isolate root causes and recommend workarounds.
  • Partner closely with and provide technical direction to the Customer Support Lead who manages the Diagnostic Engineering team.
  • You will manage social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) by posting daily, monitoring, and sharing posts from customers and influencers.
  • Assist the diagnostic engineering team and business analyst in providing customer-facing case responses.
  • Lead solution design and implementation of custom code and workarounds as needed to restore product functionality or meet new customer requirements.
  • Become very familiar with the code and architecture of our Force.com application and discover how that is extended and modified in each customer’s individual instance of Salesforce.
  • Define, monitor and report on the product support process flow from case creation through diagnosis and resolution, modifying processes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement technical frameworks for improved client service, including customer intake, environment analysis, and monitoring to be performed by consultant staff and offshore resources.
  • Develop solutions and oversee implementation as needed to meet customer requirements with a focus on building solutions that can enhance the core application stack.
  • Directly interact with internal consultants and customers on cases.
  • Provide input to product management to ensure that all support feedback is prioritized in the product roadmap.
  • Deliver release readiness activities such as technical documentation and internal training to the support and customer success teams.
  • Manage technical vendor relationships and offshore engineering staff, including evaluation of staff and vendor efficacy and quarterly reports and forecasts.
  • Interface with our technology and platform partners as required.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • 3+ years in a technical support capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a subject area where you have a proven track record managing complex analyses.
  • Subject matter expertise and past support experience in the nonprofit fundraising software space.
  • Expertise and familiarity with fundraising concepts like householding, hard and soft crediting, batch gift entry, batch upload, rollups, GL reconciliation, nonprofit fundraising reporting, NCOA and address management, duplicate detection, and multi-system record matching and reconciliation.
  • This role requires a background in software development and the ability to read Apex code in order to understand the deep functionality of the roundCorner applications.
  • Experience with and ability to apply a wide range of Salesforce platform capabilities, including batch jobs, custom settings, triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, Heroku, and multiple managed packages to both small environments and enterprise-scale large data volume environments.
  • Close familiarity with the code and architecture of our Force.com application and how our platform is extended and modified in each customer’s individual instance of Salesforce.
  • Ability to navigate and successfully collaborate with customer success, product management and/or engineering through triage and handoff of product issues, release readiness and documentation updates to engineering and product enhancements to product management.
