Most of you have heard roundCorner and Salesforce recently took the next step in the evolution of our partnership. I wanted to take a moment to share roundCorner’s perspective. Particularly what we mean by “evolution,” why we made this change and what this means for the nonprofits and universities we are serving.
Becoming a Platinum ISV and a Salesforce.org Platinum App Partner for enterprise nonprofit and higher education fundraising markets in North America represents our belief that customers have the greatest opportunity for success when they combine industry-focused applications built natively on Salesforce with direct access to technology and domain experts. This recent evolution of our partnership with Salesforce.org improves the efficiency of our delivery model. Also, it ensures that roundCorner and our partners in the Salesforce.org economy fulfill our mission to help change the way people change the world.
roundCorner first became a Salesforce.org partner in 2009. The opportunities to leverage Salesforce.org’s resources have dramatically expanded since then. As a result, we have continuously evolved our partnership with Salesforce.org. roundCorner became a Salesforce Ventures portfolio company in 2014, a Pledge 1% company in 2015, and in late 2014 through early 2016, we teamed up with Salesforce.org to launch NGO Connect and Advancement Connect as part of Salesforce.org’s Connected Nonprofit and Connected Campus visions.
Finally, we remain committed to delivering enterprise CRM and fundraising solutions in the cloud in partnership with Salesforce.org. We’ll continue to take advantage of the best available models and assets to help our customers succeed.
